中國科學(xué)院心理研究所二級研究員,博士研究生導師。2000年于中國科學(xué)院心理研究所獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2001-2007先后在瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學(xué)心理系、英國倫敦學(xué)院大學(xué)認知神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所、美國阿肯色醫科大學(xué)老化研究所從事博士后研究工作。2007年2月入選中國科學(xué)院心理研究所特聘研究員,負責組建老年心理研究中心,現任中心主任。

4. 我國老年心理健康模型及其相關(guān)因素研究。
作為負責人,完成科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃課題1項,北京市重點(diǎn)科技計劃2項,以及國家自然科學(xué)基金委項目11項。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文180余篇、團體標準4項、專(zhuān)家共識1項,獲專(zhuān)利授權4項、著(zhù)作登記21項。
主要研究成果:(1)基于對認知年老化腦神經(jīng)機制及其可塑性研究發(fā)表數十篇高影響力SCI/SSCI論文,原創(chuàng )性發(fā)現被寫(xiě)入國際腦科學(xué)專(zhuān)著(zhù);(2)構建“多維分層老年認知障礙篩查模型”、完成“中國老年認知障礙風(fēng)險評估技術(shù)規范”;(3)開(kāi)展從認知訓練、有氧運動(dòng),到認知+運動(dòng)聯(lián)合訓練、多感官認知刺激療法、經(jīng)顱磁/電刺激以及綜合干預研究共計十余項,深入揭示了各種干預方式的效果量和作用機制。完成“預防老年癡呆的社區綜合干預實(shí)施指南”、“老年心理健康評估與促進(jìn)平臺”。為促進(jìn)我國老年腦認知健康和認知障礙康復提供了技術(shù)。
