主要研究方向為生物信息學(xué)、統計遺傳學(xué)、中西醫結合。在國際上首次鑒別出干燥綜合征(Sj?gren's syndrome)的易感基因區域7q11.23。已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇,其中第一/并列第一作者、通訊/并列通訊作者的文章發(fā)表在《自然-遺傳學(xué)》(Nature Genetics)、《科學(xué)通報》(Chinese Science Bulletin)、《核酸研究》(Nucleic Acids Research)、心理神經(jīng)內分泌學(xué)(Psychoneuroendocrinology)、藥理學(xué)研究(Pharmacological Research)、《天津中醫藥》等學(xué)術(shù)刊物。
2. 獲青年學(xué)者獎金參加第14屆逆轉錄病毒及機會(huì )型感染學(xué)術(shù)會(huì )議(CROI 2007, 洛杉磯)。
