科學(xué),就是從考察事物的現象和規律出發(fā),揭示并領(lǐng)會(huì )人生與自然真相的途徑。心理與神經(jīng)科學(xué),所考察的對象就是心和腦。
我們每天都在問(wèn)自己以下三個(gè)問(wèn)題:
1. 我們究竟是誰(shuí)?
2. 我們要做什么?
3. 我們該怎么做?
從心理學(xué)和神經(jīng)科學(xué)角度,在不同的切入點(diǎn)上,不斷地推敲這三個(gè)問(wèn)題,探索更深入、更完整的解答,這就是我們的研究目的。
我們目前的切入點(diǎn)有:
1. 痛苦的感受、體驗和調節;痛苦給我們的心理和腦帶來(lái)的改變;痛苦所伴隨的感覺(jué)、情緒和認知過(guò)程;
2. 對身心健康的認知調節,包括東方式的冥想、瑜伽、禪定和團體互動(dòng);
3. 利用現代技術(shù)手段的心理健康干預,包括主動(dòng)刺激和生物反饋。
我們采用的技術(shù)手段包括:
1. 清醒動(dòng)物神經(jīng)細胞群?jiǎn)挝环烹姸嗤ǖ劳接涗浖夹g(shù);
2. 人和動(dòng)物多通道腦電及誘發(fā)電位記錄技術(shù);
3. 人腦功能磁共振成像技術(shù);
4. 行為學(xué)、神經(jīng)藥理學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物化學(xué)和分子神經(jīng)生物學(xué)等方法。
我們重視跨學(xué)科的橫向合作,以及基礎和應用相結合的合作研究。
我們的目的是,在共同探索科學(xué)問(wèn)題的同時(shí),共同完成個(gè)人的全面成長(cháng)。
