      心理所研究發(fā)現精神分裂癥患者的神經(jīng)軟體征與皮質(zhì)-皮質(zhì)下-小腦的腦結構網(wǎng)絡(luò )異常有關(guān)

        精神分裂癥是一種復雜的精神疾病,該疾病會(huì )導致大范圍的神經(jīng)認知、情感和神經(jīng)發(fā)育異常。神經(jīng)軟體征(NSS)被認為是最具前景的精神分裂癥內表型之一。 中國科學(xué)院心理健康重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室的陳楚僑研究員帶領(lǐng)神經(jīng)心理學(xué)與應用認知神經(jīng)科學(xué)(NACN)團隊提供了大量關(guān)于NSS對精神分裂癥的敏感性、可靠性和特異性的證據。然而,目前還不清楚NSS與精神分裂癥腦網(wǎng)絡(luò )異常之間的關(guān)系。  

        在最近的一項研究中,陳楚僑和研究團隊的孔麗博士后以及國際合作伙伴使用圖論方法,對101名首發(fā)精神分裂癥患者的潛在大腦結構網(wǎng)絡(luò )進(jìn)行了深入研究。 

        研究者進(jìn)行了基于灰質(zhì)形態(tài)計量學(xué)的結構網(wǎng)絡(luò )分析以及與NSS相關(guān)聯(lián)的分析,將患者分為高水平和低水平的NSS組,并檢查了他們的局部以及全局腦網(wǎng)絡(luò )特征。 

        研究表明,兩組患者在全局腦網(wǎng)絡(luò )特征上沒(méi)有顯著(zhù)差異。隨后的局部網(wǎng)絡(luò )特征分析發(fā)現NSS與眶下額葉皮層、顳中皮層、海馬體、眶上皮層、杏仁核、小腦的介數中心度相關(guān)。全局腦網(wǎng)絡(luò )分析結果進(jìn)一步表明,NSS與包括額上內側皮質(zhì)、顳上、中皮層、中央后皮質(zhì)、杏仁核和小腦在內的中樞節點(diǎn)分布有關(guān)。這些區域與被認為是精神分裂癥患者臨床和行為表現原因的皮質(zhì)-皮質(zhì)下-小腦回路異常相一致。   

        陳楚僑的團隊及其合作者正在結合NSS的行為測量和神經(jīng)影像測量進(jìn)一步考查精神分裂癥NDD在腦結構和功能上的異常表現,以期更好地理解精神分裂癥的發(fā)病機制。
